Tribute Series Pinot Noir

Coombe Farm Tribute Series Pinot Noir represents the winery's finest expression of Yarra Valley Pinot Noir. The fruit is handpicked from carefully selected rows of vines.

Several days of cold soaking under a carbon dioxide cover allows natural fermentation to begin slowly. The grapes are fermented in open pots with around 25% whole bunch inclusion.

The wine is pressed close to sugar dryness, then immediately racked to new and seasoned French oak. It completes the ferment in barrel, followed by around 12 months of maturation.

Pale red, Coombe Farm Tribute Series Pinot Noir has delicate red fruit flavours with earthy, spicy complexity and soft tannins. Cellaring potential is seven years.
